Necessity of expertise
Timely expertise of legal problems, especially
of investment projects, are decreasing risk of complicated and prolonged
judicial problems occurence, thus, minimize expenditures for their resolving.
Objective conclusions of the advocate-expert on interesting questions will confirm
or confute positions of lawyers which directly solve the problem and will be
necessary at decision-making by the customer.
These conclusions are addressed to the customer and are objective in consequence
of absence the contacts between advocate-expert and customer’s lawyers; the
customer has an opportunity to compare them with the information from his lawyers;
such approach helps customer to make sound decisions.
