Advocate-expert Volodymyr Desyatnyk has the record of legal practice for more than 30 years:- for 5 years as an investigator in law enforcement bodies
- for 4 years as the legal adviser on manufacturing firms
- for 16 years he had been combining teaching and scientific work on the civil law department of the law faculty of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University with conducting the cases in the courts of Ukraine and in the European Court of Human Rights,
- had his own scientifically-practical legal company 'UkrPravo'
- from 2000 he is combining individual advocate practice with writing of doctor thesis “The methods of thinking of the European and American lawyers”
- higher education in jurisprudence (Certificate of degree B-1 # 626520, issued by Taras Shevchenko Kyiv state university on 27.06.1977)
- the scientific degree of master of law (Certificate of degree ЮР # 004499б Issued by Higher Certifying Commission of Ministers Soviet of USSR on 25.07.1990),
- the academic status of the associate professor of sub-faculty of civil law (Certificate ДЦ АР # 005857 issued by The Ministry of education and science of Ukraine on 25.12.1997),
