The order of execution an expertise
A customer states in writing form the basic matter of a legal problem, questions for expertise, specifies a communication facility, the contact person and sends an e-mail to the advocate-expert. Or phones to one of his assistants about intention to deliver the prepared text.
In case of inquiry of the detailed information and copies of documents, after ending of their preparation, the contact person informs the advocate-expert by e-mail or phone to one of his assistants.
If the problem is legal and can be solved by legal methods, the advocate-expert offers to the customer the draft of the contract on carrying out the legal expertise.
Results of expert research are stated in writing on the form of the expert with his signature and seal.
In case of occurrence of difficulties at practical implantation of expertise’s results, the draft of legal advise contract is offered to the customer.
